Code of Conduct
What values do we uphold? Well it’s quite simple! The following guideline is what we seek to reflect as a whole in the free company, regardless of rank or social standing.
Absolutely zero drama! This will not be tolerated, period. We all have bad days or disagreements with people, however, we expect members to handle these as maturely as possible. If you have any issues which you cannot resolve, please feel free to speak to an officer or leader via tell, or in private on Discord. Under no circumstances is it acceptable to be in public venues.
Open door policy! If you have any issues, concerns or suggestions, please feel free to speak to mods/officers/leaders about it! We have an unbiased approach to all of our members no matter their station, and value everybody and their opinions, because without you, we wouldn’t have a free company!
Be respectful! A ‘do unto others’ philosophy, we promote tolerance, patience and seek to be inclusive of players from all walks of life.
Be involved! Events and random daily roulette adventures are the hub of our existence! These can only succeed with the assistance of you, and whilst we appreciate people cannot always attend, we would hope, where possible, you consider joining in. Not just to help, but also make new friends in the process!
Discord Please change your nickname on discord to reflect your character's in game first AND last name. This is so we know who everyone is and can stay consistent between the game and discord.
Removal from the Free Company
Removal from the Free Company can happen for a couple of reasons. One the member just isn't logging in and enough time has elapsed that they aren't up to date. When this happens, they may reapply to the FC when they come back and they will be let back in. The second reason for removal is because of 2 policy infractions.When this happens, there is no coming back to the group.
